Responsibilities

• Deeply understand complex problem spaces and forge simple, elegant design solutions
• Generate ideas and drive collaborative processes to elicit input from teammates
• Explore ideas via mockups, interactive prototypes, and usability testing
• Work with engineering to understand technical constraints and make pragmatic design tradeoffs
• Craft designs from exploratory concepts through to pixel-perfect, shipped UI
• Build the foundations of a flexible and scalable design system
• Support development of early brand content, including logo and landing page

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an in-house product designer
• Experience designing full applications end-to-end
• Proficiency in designing and prototyping in Figma
• Ability to thrive in high-growth, fast-paced startup environments
• Strong collaborative skills and ability to provide/receive constructive critique
• Self-starter mindset with a focus on impact and business metrics

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a founding or early product designer at a startup
• Previous experience with B2B SaaS tools
