Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver user experience journeys and workflows from initial ideation to wireframes, prototypes, and final UI.
• Translate user needs into elegant, intuitive, and effective design solutions across web and mobile platforms.
• Identify customer pain points and behaviors to define problem statements that inform product direction.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and alignment.
• Conduct UX research, including usability testing and interviews, to validate design solutions and iterate based on feedback.
• Maintain and contribute to design systems to ensure visual consistency across multiple products and platforms.
• Design for multi-platform environments, ensuring seamless experiences for iOS, Android, and responsive web.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in UX Design with a proven record of shipping mobile and web consumer-oriented experiences.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, InVision, or Zeplin.
• Strong visual design background with deep knowledge of Google Material Design and Apple Human Interface Guidelines.
• Experience with UX research methods, including conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability tests.
• Ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data to drive design improvements.
• Experience working within Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in e-commerce environments.
• Experience working within evidence-driven product teams.
