Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Own the design process end-to-end from discovery and research to high-fidelity design and prototyping
• Partner with product managers and engineers to shape product strategy and success metrics
• Translate complex technical concepts like real-time audio AI into human-centered experiences
• Contribute to and evolve the Sanas Design System and UI component library
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to identify user needs
• Collaborate with marketing and brand to ensure unified product expressions

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in product design for digital products
• Strong portfolio showcasing systems thinking and shipped work
• Expert proficiency in Figma
• Ability to leverage AI tools like Claude or Cursor in the design workflow
• Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility
• Strong communication skills for presenting design decisions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with voice/speech AI or audio-centric interfaces
• Skills in motion design or advanced prototyping
• Background in brand or marketing design
• Familiarity with modern "vibe coding" practices using tools like Figma Make
