Responsibilities

• Design core product experiences end-to-end, from problem framing and flows to prototypes, visual design, and production polish
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Design, CEO, and engineering teams
• Help establish Rogo’s design culture, standards, and systems
• Work across a platform to design flexible systems rather than just point solution feature flows
• Prototype using various fidelities (Figma, code, or paper) to iterate for uncertainty

Requirements

• Experience in product design at a startup
• Systems thinking approach to open-ended problems
• Strong attention to detail for visual polish and delight
• Ability to maintain multiple projects and prioritize effectively
• Familiarity and comfort with HTML/CSS
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-intensity environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Frontend development experience with React and TailwindCSS
• Experience designing for B2B or commercial environments
• Understanding of the financial services landscape (investment banking, PE, hedge funds)
• Located in NYC or ability to relocate
