Responsibilities

• Own activation and onboarding by redesigning the end-to-end new user experience
• Identify onboarding funnel drop-off points and design solutions to address them
• Drive conversion and monetization UX, including paywalls, upgrade prompts, and trial-to-paid surfaces
• Establish the growth design workflow and create reusable components and patterns
• Partner with PMs and data teams to set activation benchmarks and interpret experiment results
• Bring design-led hypotheses into growth planning and roadmapping

Requirements

• 2–5 years of product design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating craft and design thinking
• Experience or interest in activation, onboarding, conversion, or growth-adjacent UX
• Ability to work in a test-and-learn environment and iterate on experiment results
• Self-directed mindset with the ability to work without a predefined playbook
• Strong collaboration skills with PMs and engineers
• Proficiency in reading funnel data and using quantitative signals for design decisions

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a growth-specific design role
• Experience with high-velocity experiment programs
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS products and enterprise user journeys
• Experience building or contributing to a design system
• Comfort with analytics platforms like Mixpanel or Amplitude
