Responsibilities

• Move from problem to prototype to shipped product rapidly
• Use AI workflows to iterate quickly alongside the team and customers
• Define how design operates within an AI-driven environment
• Create visual designs and flows that drive strategic decision-making
• Ship incremental improvements and learn from real-world usage

Requirements

• Proven ability to build and ship products independently
• High level of design taste and attention to detail
• AI-native approach to design and productivity
• Strong intuition for user experience and business outcomes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-conviction environment
• Portfolio demonstrating rapid shipping and AI integration
