Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Create sophisticated, trend-setting visual designs that balance aesthetics with functionality
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of comprehensive design systems
• Implement and follow design principles and patterns that enhance product consistency
• Deliver high-quality design work from concept to final implementation
• Participate in user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations
• Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design solutions
• Analyze user feedback to inform design decisions
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers
• Communicate design decisions and rationales to stakeholders
• Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to peers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in UXUI design for consumer products
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong prototyping skills
• Understanding of technical constraints in modern platforms
• Experience with component-based design
• Professional English proficiency
• Citizenship or work authorization in Europe, UK, US, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand
• Willingness to relocate to Shenzhen, China
• Ability to work in distributed teams across multiple time zones

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing AI-powered products
• Basic knowledge of front-end development principles
• Background in visual design or motion design
• Understanding of global design trends
