Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Work closely with engineers, product managers, and senior designers to commit to projects from UX design to UI design
• Design total UX/UI for the PayPay application and app/web tools for merchants
• Develop UX flows and UI designs based on product concepts
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research using questionnaires and interviews
• Analyze and suggest improvements using numerical analysis tools
• Propose UX flows that consider inclusiveness, comprehensiveness, and consistency

Requirements

• 4-10 years of professional experience in mobile app (iOS/Android) UX/UI design
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe
• Hands-on experience in product release, effectiveness measurement, and product improvement
• Experience using PayPay or similar applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in design utilizing Human Centered Design (HCD) and design thinking
• Experience managing in-house services
• Ability to leverage AI/LLM-based tools in daily workflows
