Parker's mission is to increase the number of financially independent people by providing independent business owners with the financial tools they need to scale profitably. We are a Series B fintech that combines virtual corporate cards with dynamic spending limits and profitability-focused software tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own the design system to ensure visual and interaction consistency across all product verticals
• Design end-to-end user experiences for Cards, Bill Pay, and Treasury
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and engineers
• Evolve Parker’s design identity by extending existing patterns
• Establish and maintain scalable Figma libraries and documentation
• Advocate for UX excellence and identify opportunities to simplify workflows
• Contribute to product strategy using data, customer insights, and business goals

Requirements

• 3+ years of product design experience
• Strong portfolio of polished, user-centric SaaS products
• Experience working across multiple product surfaces or B2B verticals
• Systems thinking mindset for maintaining design systems
• High visual bar with deep understanding of typography, layout, and hierarchy
• Strong interaction design skills for complex workflows
• Figma power user (auto-layout, variants, prototyping)
• Experience with design QA and engineering handoff

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with financial tooling or payments
