Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design from discovery through delivery, working directly with customers and internal stakeholders
• Build and maintain a cohesive design system that scales across the product
• Identify patterns across feature requests to create foundational solutions
• Determine appropriate fidelity levels for MVPs versus high-investment features
• Balance speed with the polish and detail required to build user trust

Requirements

• Experience in high-autonomy and ambiguous environments
• Systems thinking approach to building design languages and scalable solutions
• Strong eye for detail and intentionality in design choices
• Excellent listening and communication skills to translate customer insights and technical constraints
• Bias toward action and ability to move quickly
• Experience building AI-native products, either professionally or through side projects
