Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the overall design and product direction for internal People products
• Design and ship high-quality products and improvements from early concepts to high-fidelity prototypes
• Partner closely with engineering, product management, AI research, and design peers
• Engage in user research to understand users and refine products
• Contribute to and evolve the design system
• Help establish design culture and grow the team

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience shipping large scale software products
• Portfolio showcasing strong UX, UI, and interaction design skills
• Ability to solve complex interaction design problems
• Impactful communication and storytelling skills
• Ability to tackle ambiguous problems and shape them into a clear vision
• Interest in defining how AI-first products look and behave
