About the Company

Nuna is building an AI health coach designed to help the 130 million Americans managing chronic conditions. We use motivational interviewing to help patients and families navigate the healthcare system and design experiments that fit their real lives.

Responsibilities

• Design AI-first, consumer-facing applications and contribute to patient and provider experiences
• Develop and communicate clear, compelling experience designs that align stakeholder interests
• Promote user-centric design strategies using quantitative and qualitative UX research
• Develop and implement prototypes and documentation to communicate design intent
• Work with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and healthcare experts
• Contribute to internal process development to optimize Design's contribution to products and culture
• Deliver internal and public presentations

Requirements

• 5+ years of full product lifecycle design experience
• Portfolio showcasing direct-to-consumer digital product design
• Experience designing for consumer audiences across mobile apps and responsive web
• Mastery of design principles, research methodologies, and best practices
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma
• Strong visual and interaction design craft (typography, layout, spacing, color, motion)
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent experience
