We've treated thousands of acne patients in the U.S., scanned 1% of Norway's population for skin cancer, and our in-house clinical models are state of the art on clinical benchmarks.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for Nolla Skin plus new specialty apps
• Translate dense clinical and scientific information into engaging user experiences
• Build a cohesive and flexible design system for a growing portfolio of apps
• Drive the process from product concept and user flows to polished design
• Partner closely with engineering to ship fast and iterate based on user data

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience designing consumer apps, ideally mobile
• A polished portfolio demonstrating tight type, layout, and interaction design
• Ability to think in flows and systems rather than just individual screens
• Proficiency in Figma, including prototyping and light motion
• Experience working in small, fast-paced companies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing across a multi-product ecosystem
• Strong opinions on improving consumer healthcare UX
