About the Company

NexHealth is building the infrastructure layer for modern healthcare, connecting fragmented EHR systems into a single, modern platform that powers software, APIs, payments, and patient experiences across the ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end UX design across NexHealth payments
• Manage full responsibility for research, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI
• Lead product scope and shape technical implementation through design-first thinking
• Collaborate with PMs and Engineers as a co-equal product builder
• Build and evolve design systems and scalable UI standards
• Champion user clarity, accessibility, and precision across every surface

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of end-to-end product design ownership
• Strong product intuition and ability to lead product strategy through design
• World-class taste and systems thinking
• Experience in SaaS, platform, or API-heavy environments is a plus
• Ability to think like a PM and build like an engineer
