Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design processes from problem exploration to execution and iteration
• Partner with engineers and PMs to understand complex problems and ship solutions
• Use AI tools to clarify thinking, stress-test edge cases, and validate ideas
• Prototype initial designs using code (Cursor/Claude) to validate interaction patterns
• Develop and maintain a flexible design system to ensure visual cohesion and engineering efficiency
• Actively challenge assumed truths and push the product direction

Requirements

• Proven experience designing and shipping complex products
• Ability to make high-stakes decisions with real tradeoffs
• Strong ownership and ability to work without perfect information
• Crisp, honest, and direct communication skills
• AI fluency and active application of AI tools in the design process

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining design systems
• Front-end code proficiency
• Experience conducting customer interviews and user research
