Product Designer - Mobile App

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for features on the core mobile app, from initial insight to shipped product
• Collaborate with product owners and UX researchers to transform complex problems into sharp design directions
• Build and test low and high-fidelity prototypes through continuous cycles of hypothesis and testing
• Document final interaction and UI requirements to support developers during implementation
• Contribute to Picnic's design system and shared libraries to raise the overall craft of the team

Requirements

• Degree in a relevant design field (e.g., UX, Interaction, or Product Design)
• 3–6 years of experience as a Product Designer in a fast-paced digital environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product thinking and solving problems at scale
• Fluency in Figma and rapid prototyping skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present work and engage stakeholders
• Fluency in English
• Ability to work on-site in Amsterdam
