Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver design projects of large and ambiguous scope from concept to launch
• Transform broad, conceptual ideas into valuable interfaces for billions of users
• Design flows and experiences that simplify complex actions into usable interfaces
• Contribute to strategic decisions regarding the future direction of products
• Partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, and content strategists
• Provide mentorship and feedback to designers to maintain high quality standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience designing complex software products end-to-end
• Experience conducting complex research studies to drive design-led innovation
• Experience leading end-to-end development efforts and driving progress with cross-functional teams
• Expertise in advanced prototyping techniques, including functional prototypes

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven ability to showcase end-to-end design processes with high-fidelity prototypes
• Experience integrating AI tools to optimize workflows and drive measurable impact
• Demonstrated ability to implement responsible and ethical AI practices
• Experience connecting design work with related initiatives across a large organization
