About the Company

Maple is building AI agents that work for restaurants, handling calls, orders, and appointments via natural voice. Their mission is to build automated ontologies that model how businesses operate to allow agents to adapt instantly to any workflow.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with engineering and product to drive roadmap projects from idea to launch
• Refine core UX and resolve user experience friction points
• Create crisp mockups, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
• Guide and inspire fellow designers through feedback and collaborative critique
• Build and evolve design system components for speed and consistency
• Assist in the hiring process for new design talent

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience designing software products
• Deep experience prototyping in Figma
• Ability to distill complex problems into user-friendly solutions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in a startup or SaaS environment is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI tools
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS
