Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers
• Participate in every stage of the product development cycle, from ideation to delivering high-quality, launch-ready designs
• Rapidly prototype conceptual product ideas and design user flows informed by data analysis and user research
• Collect feedback from stakeholders and iterate to deliver the best user experience
• Continuously integrate user feedback and business requirements into product improvements

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing UX across mobile and web
• Experience in Artificial Intelligence–related products preferred
• Strong product thinking, design thinking, and visual design skills
• Proven experience collaborating with user research, data analysis, product managers, and engineering teams
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and data-driven design practices
• Deep understanding of Design Systems, including principles, processes, and lifecycle management
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Conversational AI or chatbot design
• Experience in building and maintaining design systems
• Motion design skills
