Responsibilities

• Research new prospect audiences and existing partner programs to identify customer needs
• Identify inflection points in customer journeys to drive decision-making
• Design product interfaces for new geographies and market expansions
• Own the end-to-end research-to-production design process
• Contribute to a shared design quality standard through active critique
• Help establish and build the company's research processes and design culture

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience (or a portfolio demonstrating equivalent skill)
• Proven ability to conduct user research and validate ideas before shipping
• Experience with journey mapping and identifying customer inflection points
• Ability to work fluently within established design systems
• Must be based in Austin, TX
• Strong ability to drive design strategy and bring cross-functional teams along
