Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers and engineers to translate business goals and user needs into actionable design solutions
• Contribute to the vision and strategy for your product area
• Participate in user research and usability testing to validate hypotheses
• Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
• Create and maintain visual assets, components, and design patterns aligned with the design system
• Deliver detailed specifications and interaction documentation for developers
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow Designers
• Present design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders
• Participate in regular design critiques

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communications, HCI, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience designing user interfaces and experiences for web applications or SaaS products
• Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Experience working within an established brand or design system
• Strong attention to detail and passion for clean, user-centered design
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B SaaS or marketing automation products
• Familiarity with Agile product development processes
• Understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design process and interaction design skills
