Our mission is to revolutionize the food industry by creating innovative robotic solutions that enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Own the user experience (UX) vision and strategy across robotic systems and internal tools
• Create new robotic product concepts including human ergonomics and cleaning touchpoints
• Build UI/UX for operator-facing robot displays and internal operational tools
• Design and prototype tools to assist with robot operations
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to validate design concepts
• Produce high-fidelity physical mockups and detailed user flows
• Partner with product managers and engineers to drive consensus on design decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Design, HCI, or product design
• 4+ years of product design experience for complex hardware/software systems
• Expert proficiency with Solidworks and generative AI design tools
• Proven track record of shipping end-to-end user experiences
• Strong systems-thinking ability across mechanics, electronics, and UX
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing embedded systems or robot user interfaces
• Experience working within a design system
• Familiarity with food-service equipment or NSF/UL compliance
