Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle of product solutions in web funnels, from problem analysis to A/B test execution
  • Analyze product metrics and user behavior to identify growth opportunities and friction points
  • Generate, describe, and prioritize product hypotheses to improve CR, retention, and engagement
  • Conduct competitive analysis and UX/UI research to adapt market trends to the product
  • Create and maintain the design system, ensuring component consistency and process optimization
  • Prepare design handoffs in Figma, including logic, component states, and interactions
  • Collaborate with product teams, analysts, developers, and marketing to achieve business goals

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer in product-led companies
  • Proven experience in designing and launching A/B tests
  • Experience building and scaling design systems
  • Deep understanding of UX/UI principles, including user flows, information architecture, and accessibility
  • Proficiency in product analytics and key metrics (CR, retention, LTV, churn)
  • Experience conducting UX and marketing research
  • Ability to link design decisions to product strategy and business goals
  • Skills in UX writing and message structuring
