Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Design product features, flows, and interfaces
• Design mockups with various possible implementation solutions for a feature or product
• Write in-app copy that is both straightforward and warm
• Maintain graphic standards and branding throughout the product's interface
• Promote usability best practices
• Work cross-departmentally and always uphold the Justworks brand

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of visual, UX, and/or product design experience
• Portfolio demonstrating functional, simple, and delightful user interfaces
• Expertise with Adobe design suite (primarily Illustrator and Photoshop)
• Deep understanding of interaction design and UI patterns
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Javascript
• Experience building and improving visual design systems
• Strong sense for copywriting, tone, and humor
