Product Designer - Internal Apps

Responsibilities

• Own the design of internal products, ensuring clarity, usability, and consistency across all tools
• Navigate complex systems to create user-centered solutions that balance business goals and human needs
• Use qualitative research and regular testing with real users to inform design decisions
• Drive projects end-to-end, from initial problem definition to polished UI and thorough documentation
• Work closely with developers to ensure high-quality implementation and a seamless user experience
• Contribute to the evolution of the company design system to maintain a consistent visual language

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a relevant design field
• 3-5 years of experience as a UX or Product Designer
• Portfolio featuring product design cases with solid explanations
• Experience designing for B2B or enterprise applications
• Proficiency in Figma and a strong ability to sketch UI concepts
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Holder of a valid EU work permit
