Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Drive product and design ideation, planning and prioritization of different financial products
• Conduct user research and create detailed user journeys backed by user behavior and data
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Business teams to deliver customer experiences
• Strategize, develop, and extend visual design systems and pattern libraries
• Stay updated on design trends for AI/ML to bring new ideas to the team

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience designing consumer web and mobile applications
• Experience with consumer FinTech products is a bonus
• Strong understanding of Frontend principles
• Proficiency in Adobe CC, Sketch, and Zeplin
• Expertise in user-centered design principles and usability evaluation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to translate complex design problems into practical solutions
• Degree in Design, Human Factors International, or a related field preferred
