Responsibilities

• Solve customer problems through thoughtful user experience design and compelling UI
• Translate product visions into wireframes, clickable prototypes, and concept presentations
• Document interaction models, UI specifications, and visual language to ensure consistency
• Connect product strategy to execution by aligning design with business objectives
• Act as a user advocate and champion product quality throughout the development lifecycle
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the growth of the design practice
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure designs are translated into products with precision

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Digital Product Design or UX/UI Design
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and prototyping tools like Principle, ProtoPie, or Framer
• Experience with user research methods and discovery practices
• Fluency in Dutch and English (both spoken and written)
• Solid experience with scalable design systems and atomic design principles
• Knowledge of Agile development processes (Scrum, Kanban, Lean UX)
• Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and React
• Experience designing for accessibility and inclusion

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with brand strategy and visual identity systems
• Interest or experience with AI and emerging technologies in product design
