Product Designer II

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality mobile experiences for iOS and Android that bridge the gap between wellness and healthcare
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketers to craft data-driven, creative solutions
• Execute rapid iterations and experiments to support fast-evolving health initiatives
• Conduct user testing and A/B testing to validate designs and inform continuous product improvements
• Utilize AI workflows to accelerate design iteration and expand creative exploration
• Drive design concepts from initial idea through to final execution, advocating for user-centric solutions

Requirements

• A compelling portfolio showcasing mobile app design, specifically within health, wellness, or fitness sectors
• Deep expertise in Figma, including auto-layout, variables, and design libraries
• Strong understanding of iOS and Android design patterns and platform-native interfaces
• Proven experience leveraging AI tools within daily design workflows
• Experience with user testing and A/B testing methodologies
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders
• Ability to work onsite in our Boston, MA office

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a creative agency environment
• High level of visual craft in typography, color, layout, and interaction design
• Strong technical writing skills used as a tool to guide user behavior and clarify complex concepts
