Product Designer

About the Company

Hanover Park is building the AI-native ERP that will define private markets infrastructure. We have built a proprietary general ledger accounting system from the ground up, designed specifically for complex investment firms, serving assets under administration exceeding $15 billion.

Responsibilities

• Design major product surfaces including LP engagement and fund management tools
• Extend and harden the company design system to scale across the platform
• Conduct user research directly with fund CFOs, operations leads, and LPs
• Synthesize research findings into actionable product decisions
• Create implementation-ready specs for engineering teams
• Develop the long-term visual language of the platform

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating ability to design complex, data-heavy interfaces
• Strong visual craft and attention to pixel-perfect detail
• Experience building or evolving a design system in a fast-moving environment
• Experience conducting direct user research
• Proficiency in Figma and experience handing off specs to engineers

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Fintech, accounting software, or enterprise SaaS
• Experience designing at a seed-to-Series B startup
