Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of scalable, user-centric digital products across web, mobile, and desktop platforms
• Build, maintain, and evolve enterprise-level Design Systems to ensure consistency and usability
• Own the end-to-end UX/UI design process, including research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Agile Squads to translate business requirements into seamless experiences
• Design for complex BFSI and fintech workflows, specifically within SME banking journeys
• Ensure adherence to design best practices, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Designer or Senior Product Designer
• Strong hands-on expertise in enterprise-scale Design Systems
• Proficiency in designing for iOS, Android, and web/desktop applications
• Experience working in Agile/Squad-based environments
• Background in BFSI, Fintech, or Banking domains
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in large enterprise or digital banking transformations
• Strong interaction design and visual design capabilities
• Experience working in cross-functional global teams
• Knowledge of accessibility and design system governance models
