Responsibilities
- Understand user workflows and pain points to produce, test, and iterate on high-quality designs
- Translate highly complex use cases into intuitive user flows
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, founders, and leaders to craft a seamless user experience
- Prototype user experiences for testing and internal communication
Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience working on web and mobile applications
- Proficiency with Figma
- Solid visual design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, space, and layout
- Experience in a B2B SaaS environment is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a willingness to give and receive feedback
