Product Designer, Enterprise

Responsibilities

• Shape the strategy and design of the company-facing enterprise product, including admin, reporting, and account experiences.
• Transform complex learner progress and proficiency signals into actionable reporting for L&D leaders.
• Set the design foundation for early-stage enterprise surfaces, moving from 0-to-1 product development.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to translate customer needs into functional product experiences.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience in both consumer and B2B contexts.
• Proven craft in enterprise SaaS, including dashboards, reporting, and complex multi-user workflows.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to design scalable platforms rather than one-off screens.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in language learning, edtech, or HR-tech.
• Background in enterprise analytics or global/multilingual product experience.
• A bias toward prototyping using AI tools, code, or Figma to pressure-test ideas.
