Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a modular design system for live implementations and Figma prototypes
• Design complex, adaptive onboarding flows for multi-step customer needs
• Apply a conversion-focused mindset to measure, test, and refine user experiences
• Prototype quickly and systematically to test ideas based on customer feedback
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless production implementation
• Shape and set foundations for the company's design culture and standards

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience designing complex products or workflows
• Strong systems thinking and ability to manage long-term design structures
• Analytical rigor with a focus on testable and optimizable user journeys
• Excellent communication skills for documenting decisions and trade-offs
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and complex system logic
• Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise tools, or fintech is a plus
