Product Designer

We partner with Premier League clubs, global motorsport organisations, Olympic sports federations, leading broadcasters, and multi-million subscriber creator networks across sports and entertainment.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end product experiences, from user journeys and wireframes through to high-fidelity UI and interactive prototypes
• Own the design of our operational platform, creating intuitive workflows for managing live broadcast graphics
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape requirements and validate ideas
• Contribute to consumer-facing second-screen experiences, including live voting and interactive fan engagement products
• Help evolve our design system and maintain consistency across our product suite
• Champion usability, accessibility, and thoughtful interaction design

Requirements

• Experience designing digital products across both UX and UI
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking and executed interfaces
• Experience designing workflow-heavy, operational, or SaaS products
• Proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, and prototyping
• Experience creating interactive prototypes and developer-ready specifications
• Understanding of accessibility principles and user-centred design practices
• Strong communication skills for explaining design decisions to technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing products used in live, real-time, or time-critical environments
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools
• Understanding of data flows within digital products
• Interest in sport, entertainment, or live media
