Requirements

• 14+ years of product design experience
• Deep mastery of design craft, systems thinking, and strategic planning
• Proven ability to drive business impact through design excellence
• Experience building and nurturing high-performing design teams
• Strong thought leadership and ability to influence across the organization
• Exceptional communication skills at all levels
