Responsibilities

• Own and execute on the design of complex features or entire product areas
• Create sophisticated user flows and elegant interaction patterns for both human and AI-driven interfaces
• Lead research initiatives to uncover deep user insights
• Identify and resolve systemic design challenges across product surfaces
• Collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and AI teams
• Mentor other designers and contribute to their growth
• Actively experiment with GenAI tools to push creative output forward

Requirements

• 4–8 years of product design experience
• Expert-level proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools
• Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies
• Strong ability to analyze complex user and business problems
• Experience leading design projects from concept to launch
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence decisions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for AI, conversational, or data-rich product surfaces
