Product Designer - Design Systems

Responsibilities

• Take architectural ownership of design system (DS) work across iOS, Android, and React
• Build and ship production-quality Figma components for iOS (UIKit/SwiftUI) and Android (Material Design 3)
• Own the React token pipeline end-to-end, including Style Dictionary configuration and Storybook documentation
• Drive cross-platform consistency audits and document shared conventions
• Partner with engineering leads to validate that Figma components map correctly to production implementations
• Define component documentation standards and usage guidelines
• Contribute to product design work, including screens, flows, and feature UX

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with IC-4 platform depth
• Proven experience building native iOS components with UIKit/SwiftUI fidelity
• Experience building Android components following Material Design 3 conventions
• Experience owning a React token pipeline and Style Dictionary configuration
• Proficiency in writing Storybook documentation
• Ability to manage a design system backlog independently
• Portfolio demonstrating both design system artifacts and product design work (screens, flows, features)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience discussing Compose vs. View-based component models with Android engineers
• Ability to proactively identify and recommend solutions for systemic design issues
