Product Designer, Design Systems

Responsibilities

• Build, scale, and maintain design systems from the ground up
• Develop and manage design tokens, component architecture, and documentation
• Ensure design system components translate accurately into production code by working closely with engineers
• Maintain a living library in Figma that stays in sync with shipped products
• Design seamless experiences for both desktop and mobile platforms

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products
• Hands-on experience building and scaling design systems
• Deep Figma expertise, including variables, auto layout, and component architecture
• Strong understanding of design tokens and documentation
• Experience designing for both desktop and mobile with knowledge of accessibility best practices
• Ability to work on-site 5 days a week in our New York City office

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for social, creator-driven, or community-based platforms
• Familiarity with products like Discord, Twitch, or TikTok
• A deep interest in or understanding of gaming culture and social dynamics
