Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences for interacting with digital minds, including conversation flows and onboarding
• Build design systems and interaction patterns that scale across web and mobile
• Prototype rapidly in code using Figma and React to validate ideas and ship designs to production
• Map complex user journeys while managing state, context, and edge cases
• Bridge design and engineering by translating technical constraints into elegant user experiences
• Define product direction based on user insights, technical feasibility, and business impact

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience designing digital products
• Strong understanding of design systems and component architecture
• Experience with consumer products, including user psychology and retention loops
• Technical fluency with the ability to prototype in code and communicate with engineers
• High level of craft in interaction design, typography, and visual polish
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and iterate quickly based on real usage
