Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the design process from initial sketches to polished prototypes and shipped features
• Act as the Design Lead within a product trio consisting of Product, Engineering, and Design
• Partner with Product Managers to simplify workflows and remove platform friction
• Collaborate with developers to ensure high-quality, intentional implementation of designs
• Evolve and maintain the company Design System
• Conduct usability tests and user research to drive product improvements
• Contribute to product strategy by identifying opportunities and challenging assumptions

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience designing for B2B SaaS
• Proficiency in UX/UI patterns and user flow mapping
• Experience prototyping and explaining design rationale clearly
• Experience working within Agile squads
• Foundational understanding of front-end technologies
• Strong asynchronous communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with distributed teams
