About the Company

Conduct is building the AI operating system that absorbs complexity for the world's largest enterprises, allowing them to move at the speed of their ideas rather than being slowed down by legacy systems. We are a talent-dense team based in London and NYC, recently having raised a $60M Series A.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end user experience from first contact to deep daily use
• Conduct deep UX research by spending time with customers in their environments to understand workflows and friction
• Translate research insights into clear workflows and interaction patterns
• Partner closely with engineering and product teams to ship impactful experiences
• Own the full design loop from initial research questions to shipped product

Requirements

• Strong experience designing complex digital products end-to-end (Enterprise, B2B SaaS, or similar)
• Deep UX research skills including interviews and observation
• A clear point of view on how AI shifts user behavior and interaction patterns
• Solid visual and interaction design skills to own work end-to-end
• Pragmatic approach with a bias toward shipping and fast prototyping
• Collaborative, low-ego mindset
