About the Company

Commure is building the AI Operating System for healthcare, providing a platform that defines how care is delivered, documented, and financed. Their technology spans Ambient AI, intelligent Agents, and autonomous RCM processing, supporting over 500,000 clinicians nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver high-quality, polished, and intuitive UI/UX designs for Commure Ambient AI
• Develop wireframes, low/high-fidelity interfaces, and interactive prototypes using Figma and AI-powered tools
• Conduct user research, journey mapping, and UX workflow analysis to validate design decisions
• Develop design briefs and PRDs to frame product opportunities
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and customer success teams to refine features
• Contribute to and maintain the Commure design system to ensure cross-platform consistency

Requirements

• Professional experience in end-to-end product design
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Product Design, HCI, or a related field
• Strong portfolio showcasing research-driven UX and exceptional visual design
• Proficiency in Figma, Cursor, and AI-powered design tools
• Experience working with and contributing to design systems
• Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in AI-native design tools and processes
• Experience with both consumer and enterprise product design
