Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Oversee experience design for digital communications and websites, integrating user research and content strategy
• Lead user-centered design and development projects, including prototyping and enhancing web and mobile user experiences
• Manage the expansion of digital delivery channels to improve user interaction across diverse communications
• Author interaction and functional specifications to guide the development of user-centric digital solutions
• Evaluate rival products and advocate for design solutions that distinguish the company's offerings
• Act as a key resource for design and strategy, mentoring colleagues and setting priorities within the UX domain
• Innovate through research and testing to develop leading-edge design solutions

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in product or experience design
• Proficiency in Experience Design, Visual Design, and Wireframing
• Proven ability to direct user experience strategy and oversee research
• Ability to guide cross-functional teams through innovative digital projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
