Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams to create innovative digital products, including interfaces, design systems, and prototypes
• Ensure high-quality, user-friendly designs while presenting and refining concepts with stakeholders and the Design Lead

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in a UI/UX design role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual and UX/UI design
• Proficiency in Figma and its component library capabilities
• Experience in hands-on UX including user flows, information architecture, and user testing
• Expertise in developing creative design solutions for responsive web platforms
• Fluency in English with a deep understanding of Japanese B2B practices and culture

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in Japanese
