Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for product initiatives from discovery through launch
• Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define solutions and prioritize opportunities
• Translate customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints into intuitive experiences
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and polished UI designs
• Conduct and synthesize user research and customer feedback to inform decisions
• Contribute to and evolve Button's design system
• Present work clearly and effectively to stakeholders

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience designing digital products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and business impact
• Experience owning product areas independently
• Excellent interaction and systems design skills
• Proficiency with modern design tools, specifically Figma
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech, commerce, marketplaces, advertising technology, or B2B SaaS
• Experience at startups or high-growth companies
• Familiarity with experimentation and data-informed product development
• Experience designing for complex workflows or operational tools
