Responsibilities

• Translate complex orchestration flows, rule engines, and case management dashboards into intuitive designs
• Create advanced, clean, and intuitive onboarding and verification journeys for large enterprises
• Build and maintain design systems, components, and style guidelines for the multi-signal platform
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to translate AI-powered workflows into visual experiences
• Conduct research and usability studies with users in risk, product, and compliance functions
• Provide pixel-perfect assets and design specs to accelerate development

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience as a Product Designer in enterprise SaaS, ecommerce, or FinTech
• Experience building customer-facing user journeys for B2C brands
• Expertise in crafting visually compelling, UI-rich mockups
• Ability to design complex data-rich interfaces like dashboards and workflow builders
• Mastery of Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Framer, Rive, or Lottie
• Strong understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and data visualization

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to use AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Figma AI) to accelerate workflows
• Experience in motion design and creating micro-interactions
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or front-end frameworks
