Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process for product features from discovery to implementation
• Design intuitive, user-centered experiences balancing customer needs and business goals
• Create user journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Deliver visually polished interfaces with a focus on usability, accessibility, and consistency
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, QA, and Researchers throughout the lifecycle
• Validate design decisions through usability testing, customer feedback, and analytics
• Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of the Design System
• Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience designing digital products for web and mobile
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and visual excellence
• Experience designing for the gaming or iGaming industry (casino, sportsbook, etc.)
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variables, Design Systems)
• Experience designing for multiple international markets and localized experiences
• Proficiency with AI-powered design tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Figma AI
• Experience working in Agile, cross-functional product teams
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and accessibility
