Bobyard automates construction takeoff with AI. We use CV + NLP to read drawings like an expert estimator, but 10x faster with less mistakes. We’re turning the most painful part of pre-construction into software.

Responsibilities

• Live in customer workflows by sitting with estimators and PMs to understand their frustrations
• Shape product vision by turning user pain into product truth
• Create, iterate, and validate new products through fast prototyping and user testing
• Execute alongside engineering by working directly in Figma and collaborating on front-end implementation
• Communicate product vision to marketing and sales teams
• Revamp the current platform to raise the bar for craft, speed, and taste

Requirements

• Founder-level drive and ownership of outcomes
• Killer portfolio demonstrating real user research and shipped products
• High learning speed and resourcefulness
• Ability to turn chaos into clarity and ship high-priority features
• Figma fluency
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS
