Responsibilities

• Develop and design simple, beautiful, and user-friendly solutions to complex design requirements
• Manage the overall design roadmap, design thinking, and fundamental product design principles
• Create best-in-class experiences for mobile and web applications using various prototyping tools
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Community, and Engineering teams to implement innovative solutions
• Translate user needs and business objectives into joyful, functional user experiences

Requirements

• Previous experience as a UI/graphics designer working within design systems
• Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and user flows
• Strong portfolio demonstrating interactive design and intuitive UI skills
• Solid understanding of UX methodology and user-centered design for mobile apps
• Proficiency in Figma and understanding of HTML, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Experience working in an agile/scrum development process
• Understanding of accessibility and inclusivity best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with a successful fintech or startup team
