Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end product experiences from concept to polished release
• Partner with engineers and AI researchers to convert business goals into user-centered designs
• Evolve and maintain the design system to ensure a unified, scalable visual language
• Conduct user research to surface pain points and opportunities
• Build prototypes to explore and validate new features, flows, and interactions
• Uphold a high design bar through thoughtful, deliberate decision-making

Requirements

• Experience crafting products in fast-moving settings
• Strong portfolio showcasing design, interaction, and prototyping work
• Ability to unravel complex challenges into intuitive experiences
• Deep experience with design systems and visual craft
• Track record of conducting and applying user research
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
